Who operates this site

USA Biz Profit Tools is a free educational business-tools website operated by Silver Shine LLC, based in Greenwood, Indiana, USA. This policy describes the site as it is actually built and deployed today, not as it might be configured later.

What the site is for

The site publishes calculators, a checklist, an AI tool selector, downloadable planning workbooks, and decision guides for educational and informational planning. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or professional advice. Please do not submit confidential business, legal, tax, financial, medical, customer, account, password, or private information through the site tools or the contact address.

Information you enter into the tools

The calculators, the AI tool selector, and the interactive checklist run in your browser. The values you type are used to compute results on your own device.

Some tools save your entries in your browser's local storage so the page can restore them on your next visit — calculator inputs, checklist progress, and your cookie-notice preference. That data stays on your device. You can clear it using the "Clear saved values" control on a calculator, the reset control on the checklist, or your browser's site-data settings.

USA Biz Profit Tools does not receive the numbers you enter. The site is a static website with no form handler, no analytics endpoint, no tracking beacon, and no server-side database, and it contains no code that transmits your entries anywhere. Results you export with "Download my results CSV" are generated in your browser and saved directly to your device.

Google AdSense: current status

Please read this section carefully, because it describes something that is active right now.

• The Google AdSense script is installed on every page of this site. It loads from pagead2.googlesyndication.com and is associated with publisher ID pub-6242870041806301, which is also declared in our ads.txt file.
• It is installed so that Google can access and review the site as part of the AdSense application process.
• The site is not currently approved to serve ads, and no ads are currently being displayed. No ad units are placed anywhere in the page templates, and Auto Ads are not enabled.
• Because the script is requested from Google's servers, your browser connects to Google on every page view. Through that connection Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and the page you are viewing, and Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers on your device. That processing is governed by Google's policies, not by ours.

You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and adjust or opt out of personalised advertising, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and myadcenter.google.com. Your browser's controls for blocking or clearing third-party cookies also apply.

If the site is approved and ad units are added, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the change will be recorded on the Updates and corrections page.

Analytics

Google Analytics is not installed on this site. There is no analytics tag, no measurement ID, and no first-party analytics collection. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first and the change will be logged on the Updates and corrections page.

Cookies and local storage

USA Biz Profit Tools does not set its own tracking cookies. The site uses browser local storage for the convenience features described above. Cookies and similar identifiers may be set by Google in connection with the AdSense script. See the Cookie Policy for the itemised detail.

The notice at the bottom of the page is an information notice, not a consent manager. It states what is loaded and remembers only that you dismissed it. It does not block the AdSense script, and it says so on its face. An earlier version of this site showed Accept, Reject, and Customize buttons that did not gate any script; those controls were inaccurate and have been removed. A Google-certified consent mechanism will be configured through AdSense Privacy & Messaging before personalised advertising is served to visitors in regions that require consent.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or to object to processing of your personal data. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing or sale of personal information.

Because USA Biz Profit Tools operates no accounts, no database, and no analytics, the personal data we ourselves hold is limited to email correspondence you choose to send us. Requests about data processed by Google through the AdSense script should be directed to Google using the links above; you are also welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.

Downloads and external links

The dashboard workbooks are static CSV and XLSX files served from this site. Downloading one does not send us information about you or your business. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Email correspondence

Email sent to our contact address is delivered to a mailbox controlled by Silver Shine LLC and may be retained as needed to respond, keep records, prevent abuse, or meet legal and operational needs.
