The calculators, dashboards, checklists, AI selector, and guides are general planning resources. They do not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, accountant-client, attorney-client, tax, financial, investment, medical, or consulting relationship between you and Silver Shine LLC.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking assumptions, and making decisions based on your own circumstances. Every calculator on this site rests on stated assumptions, and several use planning values that Silver Shine LLC has chosen rather than values sourced from a published dataset. Those assumptions are documented on the Methodology page. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for an important business decision.

Do not submit confidential business, legal, tax, financial, medical, customer, account, password, or private information through the site or the contact address.

The tools use your browser's local storage for checklist progress, calculator inputs, and your cookie-notice preference. That data stays on your device; see the Privacy Policy.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, copy it for deceptive purposes, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. The downloadable workbooks may be used freely inside your own business, including with your team; they may not be resold or redistributed as your own product.

The site links to third-party services and resources. Those links are provided for convenience and do not mean Silver Shine LLC controls or endorses every third-party claim, product, or policy.

The Google AdSense script is currently installed sitewide so Google can review the site. The site is not approved to serve ads and no ads are displayed. If that changes, these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy will be updated before the change goes live, and the change will be recorded on the Updates and corrections page.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Shine LLC is not liable for business decisions made using these tools or for losses arising from them.
